How AIVENO handles business inquiries, contact requests and product-resource downloads.
What we collect
When you submit an RFQ, contact request or resource request, we may collect your name, company, country, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, product requirements, quantity, files and the source page that referred the request.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, coordinate relevant product or supplier information, respond to document requests and maintain a record of business communications.
When information is shared
We may share relevant request details with a manufacturing or service partner when necessary to prepare a response or coordinate an order. We do not sell inquiry data or publish customer information as testimonials without permission.
Storage and service providers
Website, authentication, database and file-storage services may process information on our behalf. Access is limited by role, and RFQ attachments are stored privately.
Privacy-minimized website measurement
We measure page visits, inquiry-funnel steps and contact-channel clicks to improve the website. We do not store raw IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings or a persistent cross-day visitor identifier. A keyed anonymous visitor hash rotates daily, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected, and event records are deleted after 180 days.
Marketing choices
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. You may ask us to stop future non-essential communication at any time.
